Jeffrey Nissani
Jeffrey Nissani, the founder and owner of JSN PROPERTIES, is a real-estate broker with a difference. Having opened his own brokerage as an expression of his love for the world’s greatest city and business capital, he offers tenants access to a rarified brand of realtors and brokers. Members of the JSN team don’t just have excellent advice, insight, and access to exclusive properties. They’re also gifted in the art of negotiation and trained to achieve superior results for tenants.
Born in Manhattan and raised in Queens, Jeffrey attended the University of Michigan. He relocated once again to start an early internet corporation in Florida’s West Palm Beach. His continued work in emerging digital businesses brought him back to New York City in 1998. He soon realized his true calling and became a realtor in 2000, then a broker in 2003. He currently resides in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.
Erik Nissani
Erik Nissani, a New York State licensed real-estate agent, specializes in discovering spaces and negotiating leases for creative businesses, ranging from film and television to fashion and advertising.
Erik’s affinity for the creative class began at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he studied acting. After years of acting in Los Angeles, he returned to New York, where he transitioned into producing high-end industrial videos for Burberry, J Crew, and other major fashion brands.
Although the work was lucrative, Erik desired freedom, flexibility, and the sheer fun of supporting creative professionals with immediate results. So, in 2004, after becoming licensed, he joined the JSN PROPERTIES team. Erik currently resides in Manhattan’s Union Square neighborhood.
